How long do I have to return my item?

In general, LOGOSTAR PROFESSIONAL allows you to return items within 14 days of receipt of the complete order.

What exactly do I need to do if I want to return something?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or perhaps your product arrived faulty or damaged, then you can easily send it back to us for free.

You must notify us by email before returning any items. Send a short e-mail to info@logostarhome.gr with the word "return" clearly in the subject line. You will then receive more detailed instructions on how to return your item to us.
When will I get the money from my return shipment?

Once we receive the shipment and check the item, we will refund you the corresponding payment amount. Depending on mail delivery time and payment methods, this should be credited to your account within seven business days of receipt of shipment. To issue the refund, we will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed with you in advance. Always keep the receipt until you receive the refund for your return shipment.
